MEANWHILE facilitates and promotes emergent and experimental writing, curation and contemporary art practice, in all forms, on and offline.
Developed to nurture, support and promote the exceptional work of contemporary New Zealand and International artists, and to challenge current understandings of the potential for contemporary art spaces, writing, curation and artistic practice.
I was involved with MEANWHILE from it’s inception. Initially approached to create their visual identity, logotype, website, exhibition identities and promotional material, I became a co—facilitator, co—curator and online exhibition co—ordinator in early 2017.
I was active in liaising with artists to organise both physical and online exhibitions, aiding exhibition installation, co—curating the exhibition programme, managing studio artists and organising public events.
